Below are a number of examples of our favoured layouts:
Plan 1 (for 120 seated guests)
This is for 120 guests seated allowing 10 guests per table, it is complete with a dance floor, a stage for a band or disco, matting, lighting, linings, tables and chairs, and an entrance marquee.
There are a number of trestle tables in the reception area which can be used for a bar or a buffet.
A service marquee is situated at the right hand end of this layout where caterers can prepare and serve food and drinks.
If you require seating for 150 guests, we can simply add one more bay.

Plan 2 (for 90 seated guests)
This layout is for approximately 90 seated Guests. It is complete with Dance floor, Stage, Matting, Tables, Chairs and Entrance Marquee.
The entrance marquee is situated at one end and the overall size is reduced to maintain an intimate
atmosphere.

This is a suggested layout for larger functions such as school balls etc.
We show a larger plan with a larger dance floor and reception area, each layout has adequate
square meterage to accommodate every need.
